Soon we will be accepting video applications from college students who wish to participate in the TV show Ketch My Drift. Eight students will be selected to participate in Semester One / Season One. Eight college students will compete for a $100,000 college scholarship. This scholarship can also be used to pay off previous college loans.
Make a 1 minute video of yourself that expresses why you want to go and why you’re the right for the show. Link your Youtube video to your application and make sure that you are happy with it. Once you hit “submit” you have agreed to the contract terms below and will not be allowed to edit the contents. Your video will be screened for appropriateness before it is linked to the site, so be patient and check the site for updates. The voting window will last 2 months, so get as many friends as you can to vote for you. Visitors to the site can vote for one applicant per day.
No prior experience is necessary, only a strong desire to go on an adventure of a lifetime. However, due to the demands of this voyage, the following criteria should be met:
1) Participants should be willing and able to join in all activities.
2) Participants are able to pass a health examination & background check.
If you meet our criteria, your video will be posted to our site where visitors will rate it for the show.

Terms & Conditions
By submitting an application to the show Ketch My Drift, I hereby acknowledge and undertake to Cineclipse Productions ("the Producers") that in consideration of the Producers agreeing to consider this application:
i. I have read, and I meet and agree to be bound by, the conditions set out in the accompanying document information for Ketch My Drift applicants;
ii. I have answered all of the questions on the application form fully, honestly and accurately and I confirm I have not misled or attempted to mislead the Producers
in any way as to my identity, experiences or in any other way;
iii. If any of the information I have given in the application form is found to be false, the Producers will be entitled to exclude me from the Ketch My Drift participant
selection process;
iv. If I am short listed by the Producers I am prepared to undergo psychological and medical screening. I understand that the full details of this will be explained to
me in advance.
v. If am short listed I also agree to authorize the Producers to conduct background checks in order to verify any of the information I have supplied and I agree to
provide them with any assistance or further information necessary to do this.
vi. Even if I am selected as a participant, the Producers have no obligation to produce the program and even if the program is made there will be no obligation on
the producers or any broadcaster to broadcast it.
vii. All decisions by the Producers concerning selection of the participants are final and I agree not to challenge or appeal against those decisions;
viii. I hereby grant to the Producers (and its licensees and assigns) all necessary rights and consents for the full period of copyright (and afterwards so far as
possible in perpetuity) to copy edit and/or use at their sole discretion the video and photograph(s) which I am submitting as part of my application for the
purposes of making selling promoting using and authorizing the use in any way and in any media of the television program provisionally known as Ketch My
Drift and any other program or promotional material connected with it and any video or similar ancillary use associated with the program. I confirm that I own
and can grant all rights in the video and photograph(s) and that I have obtained all consents from any other people appearing in my application video. I also
agree that the Producers shall be free to assign or license their rights in the video and photograph(s) or in any program in which the video or photograph is
included without my prior consent and that I shall not be entitled to injunct or restrain the transmission or use of the video or photograph(s) or any program
referred to above which includes the video(s) (or any part of it or them) or the photograph(s) (or any part of it or them). I also hereby irrevocably and
unconditionally waive any so-called "moral rights" in the photograph(s) or video or any such program (as set out in section 77 and section 80 of the Copyright,
Designs and Patents Act 1988 or otherwise) as I now have or may acquire in relation to the photograph(s), video or such program.
ix. I will keep strictly confidential and will not without the prior written consent of the Producers at any time from the date I sign this application form and for twelve
(12) months following the first transmission on television in the United States or abroad of the final episode of Ketch My Drift disclose publish or reveal to any
person any incident conversation or information concerning the series or the application/selection process which comes to my knowledge as a result of my
inclusion in the participant selection process and/or the Ketch My Drift program, if selected, nor other information relating to the Producers, or the program
acquired by me during this period other than information already in the public domain.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE USE OF YOUR DATA
Cineclipse Productions (the production company) will ensure that any information provided for the purpose of producing Ketch My Drift will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. All Contact information will be kept secure and treated as confidential. Any disclosures of information will only be made with your permission (which includes any permissions that you give in the online application form). You have the right of access to the information held and used by Cineclipse Productions. By submitting this application form, you are consenting to the use of your personal information (including information about your religious and political beliefs, sexual orientation and health data) by Cineclipse Productions for the purpose of producing Ketch My Drift. We will not publish your address or contact details. Cineclipse Productions would like to retain the application forms of candidates for future related use when, for example, producing similar programs (Please note that you may be contacted separately). Even if you are not selected to participate in the show Ketch My Drift, your information and your video application can still be used in the program after the selection process has been completed.
